I’m a mom of 2 kids and a wife.
As an undergrad, I studied Marketing and at graduate school, I was trained in Information Technology. But my passion has always been in Health and Fitness.
If I were a chance to talk about something I’ll talk about Health related topics all day long 🙂
And staying fit and strong is what I like to do too. I’ve never been very strong and healthy growing up so I had always envy people that are physically strong.
I do Yoga, fitness dance and swimming to keep myself physically fit. I want to grow old gracefully and be able to keep up with my boys 🙂
Speaking of aging gracefully, we have to take care of ourselves in order to slow down the aging process. I use healthy foods and supplements to help keep my body youthful.
Being in a strong emotional state is also very important to me too. I really like to learn how to empower myself so I can achieve more. Reading and sharing self-help topics is also what I enjoy.
